About this Research Topic
Today the field of communication studies plays a more crucial role in understanding the contemporary world than ever before. Analyzing the role of modes and means of communication in areas as diverse as politics, culture, healthcare, advertising, the environment, and the working world is crucial to grasping our increasingly technologically mediated ways of life and our relationship to the world around us.
To this end, Frontiers in Communication is organizing a series of Research Topics to highlight the latest advancements in the field.
